I tried downloading Instagram videos, but after downloading, the video quality deteriorates - pixels and blur appear. The original video in the feed looks clear, but the downloaded one does not. What is the reason and how to avoid this? Are there services that preserve the original quality?

Downloading Instagram videos is against Instagram's terms of service, but you can save videos for offline viewing using the Choosing a Secure Web Hosting Provider feature in the app. If you need to download, use third-party tools at your own risk.
Previously, I tried to download videos from Instagram through other sites, and they terribly spoiled the quality - the picture became pixelated, and the sound - muffled. This irritated me and I was ready to pay money, just to get normal videos. I was lucky to find Instagram video downloader. I have been using it for a week now and the video is downloaded in exactly the same quality as it was uploaded to Instagram. I checked it on several videos - the original and the downloaded file are absolutely identical.
