Do I need to bring a mat?
Bring your own or borrow one of ours for $3.
What is your late cancelation policy?
We ask that you cancel a booking at least 12 hours before class time.
Cancellations within less than 12 hours or no-shows will result in a $20(+hst) fee for unlimited packages (including intro offer), or loss of the class credit for class pack holders.
What is your cell phone policy?
To foster a peaceful environment, we ask that all cell phones be set to silent or turned off while you are inside Mula. Please leave your cell phone in the change room during practice to help ensure everyone can immerse themselves in their practice, free from distractions.
I'm a beginner - which classes should I start with?
Welcome! Our experienced instructors are comfortable with all levels of students. Be sure to let your teacher know that you are just starting out. Slow Flow is a great class to begin your journey as the slower pace allows more time for detailed cues as you learn the poses. Energy Flow incorporates more vinyasa, while remaining suitable for beginners. Any of our Yin or Restorative classes, Equilibrium and Pilates are accessible to everyone from beginners to seasoned yogis.
Can I pause my membership?
Our 12 month auto-renewing memberships can be paused for one month during your one year commitment. Please email us at least 2 weeks prior to your requested freeze to make arrangements.
Our 3 month commitment memberships cannot be paused.
